Katha Joint Rolls Exotic Wedding For Aditya & Pragya

The year started on the right note for Katha Joint as they rolled a high-on-class and grand celebration for Pragya & Aditya – their wedding is one glamorous tale. This celebration had a mix of it all – glitz, glamour, smiles and a soiree filled with eternal love and happiness. Every element in the wedding was picture perfect and reflected elegance.

The brief was simple “make this celebration an extension of our story” Spread over 3 days, the events too took place at 3 unique locations, the Pennisula Corporate Park was the venue for the wedding, The Trident hosted the sangeet and all the guests while the cocktail was an extravagant affair at the family’s property.

Cocktail Night – Once Upon A Time In New York

This was the 1st chapter of the couple’s celebration, a cocktail night which gave the guests an insight into their journey thus far. New York was the backdrop of their journey and it made for a perfect backdrop for their marital journey to kick-off. The decor boasted of special city elements, the cuisines were inspired by their favorite restaurants in NYC, and even the dress code was set as New York Chic.

Mehendi & Mayrah – A Traditional Affair

This ceremony was rooted in culture and tradition, keeping it simple, the venue was painted in the picturesque hues of marigolds. An intimate and informal event, the cheerful ceremony was all about happy vibes and vivaciousness.

The Sangeet – Bollywood in the 90s

Going back in time, to the 90’s and re-creating a floral themed Bollywood set, the Sangeet was nothing less than a blockbuster itself – the decor was high on lush foliage, pastel-hued blooms, crystal strings, and chandeliers. Guru Randhawa set the stage on fire with his numbers, followed by DJ Aman Nagpal playing some amazing tracks from the 90’s and 2000’s. Being the 90’s kids, the couple danced to hit numbers from 90s and early 2000s and even recreated a few popular acts!

The Wedding – Where Gujarat Met Rajasthan

Representing the culture of the couple, the wedding was aptly named “A Tale of Two Cities” – where Gujarat met Rajasthan. The theme of the ceremony which was a hearty blend of both the cultures. Bedecked in hues of reds and pinks, the traditional mandap was further highlighted with tuberoses and antique vessels.

The wedding ended on a GRAND note with Parthi Gohil taking the guests on a musical high and drenching the venue in flower petals with a “Phoolon Ki Holi”.
